We have made the difficult decision to begin a phased wind-down of the Zero program and have not been accepting new applications since March.
We continue to provide the same level of customer service and support that you’ve come to expect from us, even as we transition to a different product.
We will no longer be providing app updates for the Zero program and the same goes for our other products.
If you are currently a customer of the Zero program, we recommend that you log out of the app and log in to your web account to complete the required application process.
If you are not a customer of the Zero program, you may still be able to obtain a free application by completing the following steps:
1. Go to the website
2. Click on the "Register for App Access" button
3. Fill out the required information
4. Send the form to us
